One of your employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t remember his name, but he is a short, dark-skinned man. They entered my home without my permission, which made me very uncomfortable and had to get my locks changed They acted as if my home was their property acted like they couldn’t wait till i got home ! I was approved online made the down payment they then wanted references in person. Wanted to call them then wanted mt husband to sign off on it. They have been calling me for the last 3 months since I was approved I finally get something with them and then they do this?

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review! This location doesn’t even deserve a half star.

This store so ( horn lake , MS) sucks id leave zero if I could . They harass you when your payment isn't even late. They showed up at my house on Christmas Eve I'm sure just to guarantee a payment. They refused to let me leave once. Cannot wait to be rid of dealing with them.

I have been using them for over 15+ years. When I got my first place I was able to furnish it using them. They treat you like family. I always recommend my friend and family.
