Excellent service from the first phone call. I called Rent A Center regarding renting furniture to stage a home for sale. The store manager was super helpful & informative. I knew an approximate cost, what to expect about timing and more just from our phone call. My visit to the store was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I found just what I needed. It was delivered so quickly and looks great in the house. The gentleman who delivered were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommoned!

If I wasn't stuck in position where I need a washer and can't afford one right now, I would not ever go here. The saleswoman was snotty. I tried to say something twice related to a business practice idea and she cut me off twice and wouldn't let me finish. She was so rude. I was saying it would be a better idea to have protection included in the rental price rather than having customers pay the fee in addition, as some might decline and be screwed, not understanding the rental fee covers nothing if it breaks. Had a great experience at the midland store. The manager was very helpful and gave me a great deal. Would highly recommend to anyone if you’re looking to rent to own!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I was able to get my child a PS5 and it was a great experience. And I am now using them to get a new washer and dryer. They explain everything. They make sure you know about the early payoff date to save you some money. I will definitely use them again.
