My boyfriend and I came into this rent a center business in Tarboro with full intentions of buying a rocking chair/ recliner. When we walked in, there were 3 employees in our vision & we were the only ones in the store. NO ONE welcomed us in. NO ONE asked us if we needed anything. NO ONE even acted as if they had seen us come through the door but they all knew we were in there. I will NEVER return to this business again nor any other rent a centers for these reasons. Once I complete my business, will never do business with them again. Not only did I not receive my items in a timely fashion, as in waiting for my couch to come in 8 weeks after I ordered it, every week when payments are due and even if you have communication with them, all they can do is harass someone over and over again. So if you do not like being harassed on a weekly occasion I would highly recommend you take business elsewhere.
Wish I could give this place a Zero star not worth the headache... Had a employee name Lisa lie to me saying they could wait until I got paid to make a double payment.... Now they call and say they can't wait that long when I get paid in less then a week. The owner and manger needs to train employees and learn how to run a business.

This is the kind of place that I like to do business at. The staff was so informative, and answered all the questions I had to ask I did notice that there was alot of stuff strode in there and I was alittle confused. But questioned the staff. And they informed me alot of new things had been sent in, and they were rearranging the show room floor. They also said more new stuff would be arriving soon. But all in all this store is the place to go.
