I would like to give my little friend William five stars he came to my apartment . He moved my washer and dryer from my unit to my storage and he was the Sweetest young man ever. This place took $ from another person's account that paid my bill once ...without our consent
Rude customer service! Radio blasting loud! Needs new management and entire crew. Manager Ray tried to sell me game consoles out the trunk of his car. Then got upset when I didn't purchase it. Seems like the more I pay the higher my bill gets. The corporate office needs to deeply investigate this store!
I have dealt with Ray and his group for a few years. This has been an easy process. I have purchased a washer, dryer, livingroom set, dining room table, computer and laptop. Every thing is paid off. This is a great store.
