Rude customer service! Radio blasting loud! Needs new management and entire crew. Manager Ray tried to sell me game consoles out the trunk of his car. Then got upset when I didn't purchase it. Seems like the more I pay the higher my bill gets. The corporate office needs to deeply investigate this store!
I have dealt with Ray and his group for a few years. This has been an easy process. I have purchased a washer, dryer, livingroom set, dining room table, computer and laptop. Every thing is paid off. This is a great store.
I've been a customer service manager for 13yrs and rarely come in contact with a friendly establishment. However I really appreciate the kindness and the can do attitude I received from the staff today. I believe the lady name is Ro and there was also a gentlemen helping as well.
