RecommendedMy house has been fully furnished by the Provo store. We have done the 6 months same as cash! And have gotten good deals on everything we own. I will only deal with this store
Provo location seriously have the WORST customer service. The man who answered the phone said they were re-doing the website for E-pay due to issues but wouldn't wave fees for over the phone because he couldn't "verify" the issue the site was having?! But you know there's an issue right? And the lady at the West Valley location offered to wave the fee because of it had we been renting from their store and he says "she can't do that"-- no she CAN but you WONT because you guys are money hungry and don't believe in doing good b... read more
