Delivery guy damaged refrigerator and my door upon delivery. The lack of professionalism from both field hands and behind the desk workers is concerning.

Even though there was mixed ups and issues that had to be fixed a few times, the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them and I would recommend the lady that helped me from start to finish, her name is Kimberly.

Love them! Like a normal person I have my ups & downs with them but I love them and rto from them. So I have rto before with them easy pay off in no time. I wanted a table they had, one at their store was messed up, he got me a new one from the other store! Just saw a new sofa online(today 9/21/19) they don't have it yet and he is getting it for me from another store 👐🏽, with the bundle deal & they bring my tv today👐🏽! Work with them and they'll work with you the best they can! They still have a business to run.

The furniture is nice, and the employees are polite, but not too helpful once they get your money. They watched me struggle to move a chair to make room for them to bring in my sofa, and didn't offer to help. (I'm 55 yrs old and have bad arthritis ). I find behavior like that just plain rude.
