I have rented with rent a center for almost three years, well today I called to simply see if they could fix my furniture! The manager at the Charlotte store by the name of Mike was absolutely rude so my father was rude back, once he felt attacked her threatened me who is the only on the contract and said absolutely nothing wrong he threatens me with theft of my furniture when my furniture has been paid on time each week.
