The manager Billy was very professional And very Patient with me because, I recently received chemotherapy and I often forget and don’t understand things, He explained everything Sometimes two or three times if I asked him the same question lol.. I truly appreciate that !!
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you absolutely have to use them they don't like to work with people when a issue arises if you're lucky maybe once as long as long as you have the so called extra coverage protection which is pretty useless it doesn't matter if you never been late or anything,so what's the point of calling trying to work out something as they ask you to do when you get it if there isn't nothing to be worked out,so if at all possible try saving yourself the heartache and sorrow when you have somethin... read more
The process was so easy!!! I am 6 months pregnant with twins and to not have to go into a store or even speak with anyone physically was actually amazing. I was able to complete everything through text and online! And they went above and beyond to get the items I wanted and set delivery up fast. Great experience!
Wow is all I can say Billy the manager is amazing he's very good at his job and always tries to help you out. Craig the Assistant manager is just as good with these 2 guys there I urge you to go visit for home needs.
Lordt just buy your furniture out right... I requested a new bed but was sent used furniture.... had a terrible experience with the local staff ... seriously not worth the hassle. The workers spent over 2.5 hours setting up our furniture to the point everyone fell asleep lol but when my husband called them to retrieve it it literally took them less than 30 minutes to tear down everything and be on their way! If you have no other options then do what you gotta do but be warned, they will bug the mess out of you .. Save you... read more
