Van is unprofessional. Jason is a liar. I have confirmations for a signed lease. It was suppose to have been delivered today. When i stated my concern Van said im not delivering to you. I didn’t get a heads up that they canceled my order or anything. I am highly upset.
Just wanted to take the time out of my day to send this Rent a center a huge shout out! I been financing furniture and more from them for a couple of years now and thankfully i haven't had any issues. I just got another item and it was this beautiful couch and let me tell you i’m so happy and satisfied! The process is super quick and amazing! The manager here, I believe his name is Van, was very unprofessional and rude. Not only am I leaving a review but I have also contacted corporate. This man looked at me and said "you don't have to have it" I told him "I know that, it's my money." It kind of sounds like Rent-A-Center doesn't want my money? His behavior made no sense to me. I mean I was a general manager through covid and was a whole lot nicer than this. Rent-A-Center this is not look good for a company's image.
I finally decided on bedroom furniture today van conducts professional customer service skills store really beautifully clean can't wait to get my set next week 🙂
Don’t ask for anyone but VAN!! He is absolutely Awesome!! Very fast, friendly and helpful with technical issues and getting them resolved and getting the customer the right product at the best price!! Wouldn’t do business anywhere else!!
