It was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and got me the exact couch I was searching to get. He is the best and deserves a raise.
I believe the staff located at the Kline Village location provides an impeccable professional service from manager to the sales rep as well as the delivery person I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and I believe the Kline Village store should be recognized for it's outstanding customer's service Thanks! Although I have discussed it on numerous occasions with multiple people at the store I continue to be charged before my money is in the account, starting at 1:00am and charging 9 times. I'm done and over it. I want the furniture picked up. Call me ASAP. Terry Kiessling
I rarely do reviews .. But I definitely gotta give a Shout out to The Staff at the Kline Store.. Big ups to y'all. I had a gotten a washer & dryer from them a couple months ago and I absolutely love it . I had to put in for a tv did it online the next morning the store manager called me told him wht happen he told me come in . Had my paperwork ready for me and made sure I got my tv by the end of the day.. Thank you y'all keep up the good work. I appreciate everything yall do.
Was a great experience for myself and family .. Time was the store manager when I purchased some stuff .. He was awesome .. always did what he could do to help and always available . I had an issue with my TV and they were at my house the very next day to exchange the tv .. then at the very end when I was 2 weeks to paying it off I found out a new store manager was there .. can’t say much about them now with the new store manager but when Tom was there they were GREAT !!
