Purchased a bedroom set online on 9/24/2025, I paid my money for my first payment. Due to me being on a phone account with someone that they rented to they flagged my account and refused to rent to me. The manager Bruce is extremely rude. Do NOT rent from them. They had poor customer service. Bruce hung up the phone in my face multiple times and refused to answer the store phone.
Absolutly unprofessional!!! Made mistakes and unwilling to own up to them. Took my money never delivered and when I called tried to play the blame game. I didn't have the associates name so it fell on me. Claimed I had no delivery appointment when I did, fumbled over their own words when caught in the lie and claimed I made fun of a speech impairment. Horrible customer service sales manager Byrce was absolutely horrible and super combative. Miguel who tried assisting in the store ensured to make our expirence horrible . Very unprofessional! I came by around 2:30 pm & the woman who claimed to be the manager had the doors locked as she proceeded to walk around the store having a personal call on her cell phone. I knocked on the door & she put her index finger up implying “one minute”. After 10 mins I noticed she’s now sitting on a couch with her feet up still on the phone. I've been a rent a center customer on and off for almost a decade now in various different situations and all across the country. This location has been one of my best experiences out of them all. Friendly staff led by great managers on-site truly caring about their customers. 5 stars all around for this store.
