Very rude and hostile keeps on pressing the issue of payment won't give me time to get the money together. Head lady of the store sent her employee and he was non professional very rude even made fun of me teasing me. Didn't even want to give them a 1 star but do not get anything from Rent A Center cause they will try to press charges after missing just one payment like with me. I have been doing business with this Rent-A-Center for over 10 years rented items and paid them off. Jeanie the store manager is AWESOME and has truly been a gift from God for me! She has been compassionate and concerned and worked with me when I had a stroke and was hospitalized..she has gone above and beyond to work with me...The staff has always been professional and helpful..I started using this store when they were on Scott Street and I have no complaints...

I called into the 4421 griggs location this morning and spoke to Sammy I asked for a bundle ps5+tv I asked would delivery be the same day I was told yes I paid the fee for bi-weekly then was told by Edward that wouldn't be possible I took off today a lack of communication caused me to not want to do business Edward was rude and not helpful at all no customer service skills at all very unprofessional not a good way to start off business as a professional it is important to have transparency with your customers I was rushed t... read more

I wish I could give them no star, I called and tried to talk about an item I liked, the guy who answered hung up on me, I tried calling back and they told me my application came up as fraud? I called another store and they said they see no problem with my application. So it’s a person not wanting to do his job. So rude, if their employees are acting this way during a pandemic then they should all just be sent home or replaced.
