I don't recommend this company. I followed all the steps to acquire a MacBook Pro M4 with them. Since they didn't have that model available, they offered me a MacBook Air with the same specifications. I even personally went to the physical store and everything seemed to be going perfectly. I paid in advance what they asked me for because I needed the equipment to work (and I still need it), but on the day of delivery they called me to tell me that my address was not valid for delivery, even though I presented all the receip... read more

We made a payment equivalent to two weeks, with receipts in hand to prove it, and yet the company insists that: 1. We only covered one week, and 2. That the payment is now for a higher amount than what appears on our own receipt. We have clear evidence of how much is supposed to be paid biweekly, but now Rent-A-Center intends to change the cost and demand a higher amount. This is a lack of transparency and bad faith toward the customer. Very disappointed.

Very friendly and professional, they do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with everything. I definitely recommend the one at 7900 NW 27th Ave, Suite B2.
