Tommy that works there has a very nasty attitude. He sent some very nasty text message to my cellphone over a pin to a laptop that I only used once. I turn it back in, but it also had insurance on it to get it sent off to get it reset because I forgot the password word. I wish I had an option to post the text messages. I had to block him, but I will be seeking legal action, because if I don’t stop he will continue to be this way with others.
I have been dealing with them for a few years.... and my experiences have been Amazing@! For instance Samantha and Tracy went above and beyond to help me!! They actually took matters on their own hands because I had a bed frame and TV stand delivered and the guys didn't put things together properly, so both they girls came to my house this morning and hooked everything up theirselves@! This guy Tommy is very rude and he most definitely shouldn’t be working as a store manager he has no professionalism whatsoever and of course he’s nice to the ones he know. Tommy should not be working in an establishment where he deals with customers. I’ve dealt with rent a center before paid ya’ll off and never dealt with a Tommy before. I will never go back there.
Mr Tommie is absolutely amazing..I love doing business with him, this isn't my first time, I've known him in 2019 when I bought a washer and dryer then and paid it off. I wasn’t going to do this but I feel it is necessary. First let me say I do not have an account with these people. I was sent a few random text about payment and then about a delivery. I ignored the payment one as I thought someone is just trying to get me to click some random link. But when I got one today telling me I was scheduled for a delivery and the number was from this local store I said no I need to call.
