Person I was on the phone with told me I was able to pay after he kept threatening to take it as I was explaining the situation im in because i was late. I had called to tell him i was paying just needed the amount so I told him I'd call back in about 20 min to pay. I call back and I'm told I can't pay it to get my account back to good standings by someone diffrent on the phone. Something about a 18 day rule I've never heard about or can find on the website. I was excited about being able to rent to own of an item or two we were desperately needing. How ever I was under the impression no credit check would be ran. So why was a credit check ran on me in order to open an account?
