At first they were good if I had the option to put zero stars I would they never work with you if you barely start a new job and try to get a extension so you CAN pay it they won't work with you I absolutely do NOT recommend going to this rent a center PERIOD
Was rescheduled twice on my delivery, with different excuses. Then after a week and a half of pushing it back, they wanna push it back another week. Because corporate is in town? They don’t want the missing space in the store.. umm what? Is that not the objective? To get ride of those items. Customer service was terrible as well! In no rush to do their job. I love the people they always have great service and they are always happy to help
Love this place they alway find exactly what you’re looking for. The Girls here are great respectful and always willing to help. The delivery guy is great as well he is fast and efficient.
I have pretty much refurnished my whole house and almost everything came from rent a center, the staff there makes you feel important. They welcome me by name every time I walk into the building, if I’m looking for something and they don’t have it in the store they do their best to try to find it. I definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends
