I was promised a washer and dryer nearly a week ago. nobody calls. nobody shows up. nobody cares. what a bunch of LOSERS!!
I need a new washing machine. I was shopping online and responded to the promotion for $15 1st week's rental. So I filled out the order form, paid the $15 online. It was on Jan. 1 so if course I knew nobody would call me that day. so, I called the Porter store right after 10 a.m. on Jan. 2. I can't recall the guy's name I spoke with but I told him what I needed and that I responded online. He told me the sales manager handles online orders and that he wasn't there. So I said ok.
