this is by far the worst customer service. i have rented with this company over the years and this is the only location that starts calling you as soon as they open to remind you that your payment is due. yet they cant figure out how to make notes in their system when you have been telling them for months your pay schedule has changed. We pay $20 a week, its like are u really that hard up? if i hadnt just had surgery id have them come and pick up their stuff
