First off they were over an hour late to deliver my stuff. In store I ordered a semi firm (the step down from the firmest mattress) I was delivered a soft very over used floppy mattress that sinks in some places, pops up in others and is killing my back. I called this morning to request a mew mattress and spoke with Quincy . Explained what happened and about the mattress and my back.
