no I dont recommend them they use to have it to if your phone or anything get broken by accident the insurance covers it and they wait till it's broken to tell you they dont cover it anymore and that you have to pay to get it fixed before you can return the item.

I am dissatisfied with the Elizabeth St Rent a Center. We went there after having some bad experiences with Aarons,and they claimed they would take care of us. We got a king size bed from them, and it had a poorly constructed frame. So while we slept on it, it sunk in and become horrible to sleep on. We made complaints,and they gave us the same mattress again but with no new frame. This mattress sunk in too and became a nightmare to sleep on.
