I went to buy a powerlift chair with my friend for her upcoming surgery. David was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us. David answered all of our questions about the chair. He gave us a good reasonable price offer. Thank you David for your excellent customer service. I recommend this store 100%.
I just want too say the sale manager David is the best salesman I have seen. I walked in there for a living room set and walked out with a living room set a TV and a dining room table. Great store even better employees. Highly recommend Rent-A-Center and Highly recommend you go see David there.
This store is ridiculous. I call you guys say I need a small extension of maybe 3 days and then nobody answers the phone. It doesn’t even ring. Then I get a new manager that calls me every single time and mispronounces my name everytime. It’s as it’s spelled there’s no silent letters. This store irritates me.
This location has the most turnaround in staff I have ever seen or heard of. There is NO communication and NO want to help their customers. GOD forbid you call to ask a question. They say they call, when they don’t. If THEY have a question or are unsure about something, they will NOT call you. I spend more time calling them to fix THEIR problems/issues with the furniture than anything. It’s sad. I’ve used a RAC before and never had any issues at all.
I have used Rent-A-Centers in multiple locations and so have my parents when I was a kid. This has easily been the most frustrating experience that I have had with ANY Rent-A-Center ever. I've been paying for a washer/dryer set for a dryer that doesn't work. I've called for weeks. I keep being promised a call back but unless I call them, I get no response. I regret doing business here. I was now promised a new dryer by Tuesday. If I don't get it by Tuesday, I want them to take everything and will never deal with them... read more
