From the beginning of my relationship with this store, customer service has been poor. On my first issue, a delivery driver came to my home to retrieve an item even though I had already made my payment. There was no apology or accountability for the error. Additionally, the store enforces aggressive collection behavior. There is no grace period for payments, and customers are immediately threatened with item pickup after being only one day late. Actually, zero stars. Just visiting to a relatives house and have two thugs that work for them come pounding on my family members door for a laptop that no payments were ever made on. The pounding shook the walls and scared the crap out of everyone in the house. If the person who placed the order didn't answer your multiple phone calls why would you still continue with the delivery. They don’t keep they word sold my furniture after they told me they would hold it for me then still tried to get paid for the furniture crazy work
