I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Center! The store manager, Jenna, is absolutely awesome. She makes me smile ear to ear every time I come in. She’s sweet, welcoming, professional, and truly knows her job inside and out. The entire team makes you feel like you’re part of the family, and every interaction is positive and stress free. All of the store members do a wonderful job taking care of their customers. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this location! 💗💗

10/10 service.the sales manager and the store manager were both extremely helpful and I truly had a wonderful buying experience. I had an absolutely terrible experience at the brainerd rioad location and this location was able to get me the items that I were looking for and even helped me load my tv into my vehicle. I will be continuing to do business with this location due to the friendly attitude and knowledge that this locations staff has to offer.

Jenna and Brittany were total rockstars to work with! They made sure we got the exact items we wanted and made sure we were 100% happy before we signed anything. They really cared about making sure the items we received were cleaned and in perfect condition for our family. Thank you so much!

I really appreciate this location. Had an issue with previous management from an old agreement I had with them. They were very helpful and informative. Made sure I had the correct info to fix my issue with corporate. Amazing customer service 10/10 highly recommend this location for all needs and services!!!!
