Completed all My Agreements and woke up a week later to rent a center still Charging me their try to find every and any reason to steal Money from peOPLE do not go there
Very nice people. I paid cash for a living room suit that I didn’t like and they worked with me and allowed me to trade it for something different. Excellent customer service and we love the new Ashley sofa and loveseat set. I couldn’t get Star Furniture to order what I needed from Ashley, they claimed it would take 3 months!! but these folks were able to, without a problem in 3 weeks.
So alittle upset with them. They used to have the old management with Andrea there, LOVED it when the old team was there. However, this new team lied to me about our bill and everything completely change. We decided we wanted to change out our furniture sofa and bed. The first 2 times I was told they couldn't fit a sectional in our house so we settled on a set. Then they didn't even try to fit the set in my apartment they just called to say it wouldn't fit. The first rentals we got we're couches and they were great throughout the whole process. Then we paid the couches off and decided to get a washer and dryer. That's when they started jacking us around. We were close to paying them off and the guy said we owed 198. Well I made a $50 payment then 2 weeks later I made another payment of $66. Then about 2 weeks later I called them to see how much I had left and they said I owed $276. Also we are supposed to have a warranty on our couches. Well that's a bunch of lies too. This place is completely unprofessional with the worst customer service. They can act like garbage because they are the only people in town who rent out electronics. We needed to rent 2 TVs and they waited until the last minute to deliver them and then NEVER came back! We all leave work at 5pm and they said they would be there in the morning. I waited until 5pm for them to show up before I locked up and left for the weekend. They tried to charge us but it was their fault they didn't make it over in an 8 hour day. Worst place... read more
