This team is absolutely amazing! Have worked with me through some issues where my payments were late due to a surgery I’d had. They went above and beyond. When I needed a washer and dryer I tried one of the sets they had there. Hated it! Returned it no hassle no problems. Went to NFM and picked out a great set same total price. They ordered it for me, picked it up and delivered it here no cost at all. My payments are the exact same. I paid a minimal deposit on the new set and that was it. I am so over the manager at this location. I guess she forgets it's the customers that keep you employed. Always rude, hate dealing with Brenda, I'm curious to know how many good customers she is running away. Sad that this one person reflects the center as a whole. I may have to switch my location.
My auto pay has been messed up 4 times they blow my phone up every day for the past 6 days. I work I've reset it up and went into the store multiple times to address this same issue. The guy on the phone today was rude and pushy while I am working refused to give me a number of a district or regional manager. I've been a long time customer and won't be for long do no go here do no buy from them stay clear untill they can get someone respectfull in the store and there system working right. Never been treated so badly........
Last time I’m ever doing business with rent a center both stores were owned by snobby white people. They discriminated me so bad. To the point where they were triggering my brain injury. I’m a TBI survivor so too many changes and things that are difficult is too much for me . He said I was coming off disrespectful, when really he was discriminating my disability.
