Made, signed and paid for an agreement on laptop yesterday (Sunday, 1/11/26) with a gentlemen, very simple. He said I'd get a call to setup delivery today, Monday, 1/12/26 at 10am. No call. I called them and told them what I was told, she said I wasn't told 10am, that's when they open. Ok, it's now after 12....I still had to call them. The are rude and very unprofessional. The female store manager texted my spouse twice from two different text now numbers. Grant they are owed money..it’s $600ish! The came to the home and I wasn’t there. My spouse assumed they was there for her so she told them no she will make a payment by the end of the week. She then got in her car and left. Then the store manager texted her the following. When she called to the store no one knew what she was talking about. So
I had scheduled a delivery to exchange my furniture, when they got here I could tell they were exhausted from the day, but they were still extremely pleasant and asked if I had any questions or anything before they left. They were even patient with my 4 year old who was telling them how to get the furniture in and watching every move they made.
Great place, they hooked me up with my ps5 and when the weather was bad with snow, she waited at the store for me to pick it up rather than leave to go home. She risked her life. I can't remember her name, but she was super awesome.
Well I hate to do bad reviews but here goes. I have ordered a brand new set of table chairs from Rent a center and I did all with my stuff online, so I had to call to change my phone number. So when the lady answered the phone, she was talking to somebody else and me at the same time. So I had to repeat myself which I don't like to do I needed to tell her the phone number.
