Their customer service is really bad, they won't work with you if there is a misunderstanding (even though it's their fault) and make you pay for their mistakes, and the mistakes they do usually will cost you an extra $800! Oh! Their district supervisor has really bad manners and will put you down in order to protect his behind!
Terrible experience/service .. everything!
Once again I got the WRONG cord. Why does this always happen here? Are things not labeled? This isn't the first time this has happened. Do better guys.
