Leo and Camilla are AMAZING!!!! I cash bought a washer and dryer and they were extremely HELPFUL !!! Great customer service, very personable and just absolute gems to do business with! Definitely don’t go to Aaron’s they’re shady! CHOOSE RENT A CENTER, they have fair prices and great people you can’t beat that!!!!
Unprofessional as hell . Ordered a in stock couch a week ago has been yet to be delivered but constantly calling about a missed payment on a couch I never received every time I call it’s a different person and everybody confused . very unprofessional, lack of effort and support . Will never ever in my life continue to do business.
My first time trying to use them an was nothing but Jesus Camila is great which is the only reason for the two start was supposed to get my bed set Tuesday that was then rescheduled because there truck got in an accident then they tell me they need a payment from me to deliver then tell me they can’t deliver for another few days even thought I was scheduled for deliver today between 11an 1

I have been dealing with rent a center for several years, especially this one in Bradenton, Florida, on 14th street. Also known as us 41 in Bradenton the manager Leo and his staff.
