Everything was great honestly up until they wanted to break my screen door and proceed to tell my wife there isn’t anything they can do about it. Like what. I just had bought that damn screen door four months ago and it gets broken by some inconsiderate employee wants to not pay attention but aye it’s ok. They must not care to much

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff on site here are all amazing, especially the Manager Daniel and staff member Jessica they are always so helpful and understanding! The entire staff works hard to ensure true exceptional customer service time and time again. I find my coming back for more amazing products and all excellent customer service. The leadership here truly shows and always rectifies any issues that arise.

They offer excellent customer service Jessica and Daniel are awesome! They were able to help me furnish my apartment and I was able to get the items super quickly and for a reasonable price. I appreciate everything they have done for me

I had an amazing experience at Rent‑A‑Center thanks to Jessica. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She walked me through options without any pressure, got me a great deal, and made the whole process fast and easy. Communication was clear, delivery was on time, and she followed up to make sure everything was perfect. If you need help, ask for Jessica. She’s the reason I’m giving five stars.
