Tried telling me my account was 9 days past due remind y’all my last phone bill was September 24th and we paid it on the 30th of September.. then it was due on the 7th, make that make sense because that’s not even 14 days. I called them to ask if I could pay my bill I was told I did not owe anything I was done with my payments for my item then they don’t even attempt to call me they show up at to my house when i was not present and made me look like a fool
Will never get something here again, also very rude person on the phone that said “I’m not gonna argue with u” and hung up on my dad. All over wanting to getting my money back for a couch I never got bc I decided to cancel due to finding a cheaper couch. The guy said I can’t get my money back until the couch gets delivered to the store and said it will take 2-8 weeks!! Will make sure to never refer anyone to this company. Best bet is Aaron’s or rent to own!
They'll max out your immediately available credit on whatever you want. Just make sure to pay on time. I would recommend focusing on one pricey thing at a time to keep the monthly payments down. Friendly staff and a REAL salesman involved. They've got furniture, electronics, generators, air conditioners, heaters, and a massive catalog of stuff. Just ask, and they'll order it in. Just don't go overboard.
