Horribly rude and do NOT show up when they say they will. Three times now called because their delivery people just do not show up! Management has been zero help! Go somewhere they will treat you better, NEVER go to this place again!
Needed a good set of tires for my truck. The customer service personnel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Helped me get the size and style that worked best for my needs! Great service! Buttt.... they don't tell you anything about them requiring your vehicle to pass an inspection, done by Van's Tires, which may or not give your vehicle the OK to have the tires mounted??? Which you already paid on. Plus a week to 10 days to get your refund back! Not to mention. I was just inspected by a mechanic, to W.Va standards!... read more
Great team. Great location.
Spoke with someone at the Medina location named Robert. He got upset with me and started raising his voice at my frustration. I was frustrated because I have called for 5 days now waiting on them to take my Tv and repair it (at my expense, of course) and I keep getting...we forgot. When I stated “ you can’t forget something that I call about everyday.” He began to raise his voice & yell at me. I will never give them my business again, 10/10 recommend going anywhere but here.
