I was interested in a computer especially because it was $10 for my first payment. When the store called they wanted an additional month as a deposit and wouldn’t honor the $10. The associate, Maria, also had very rude phone etiquette and that was ultimately the deciding factor to purchase my computer elsewhere.
Brandi and her crew are very best. They are very helpful and honest group of people they make you feel like family. Thank you Brandi and crew
As a customer I must say that Dinora at Rent-A-Center, on I-40 and Grand is the nicest most helpful individual we have ever dealt with. She was very personable and made us feel very comfortable about what we were purchasing. I'm definitely goijg tonrefer her to friends and family. Whatever she's getting paid, is not enough.She needs a raise!!! Again we want to say thank you to Rent-A-Center and Dinora for being so freaking awesome.
Wasted an hr with the online service that sucks cause the did pass through my info!!! Found the same item not only for less but much better service and online system from Aarons!!! Aarons is waaay better!!!
