Since yesterday I've been attempting to do online verification and transaction as in holding deposit fee, but I have attempted today to reach out to anyone from Rent-A-Center because I received a text to call a certain number to speak to representative. I am so highly discouraged into moving forward renting from Rent-A-Center when their representatives or team members do not show initiative interest to conduct business. I'll take this as red flags that I will not move forward and conducting business with Rent-A-Center

I have been a customer for a while and they have worked with us on payments. We have paid off several things. But, my computer and tires from a previously purchase. But, a couple of weeks again my husband went in to purchase a new set of tires the beginning of June.. We was told that a hundred dollars would be tooling off and that our first bill would be due in 30 days. But, they are already changes us for the tires. I have been a customer for several years now. My first experience was with a former manager "Dustin" who was great! Was sorry he had to go😔however, Theresa and Walter are just as wonderful. Faces have changed with other employees over the years but so far, so good. Even when I came in grumpy, customer service kept smiling 😃
