Tried to put used supports on new bed that did not support the frame and expected me just to accept it. Store manager was unprofessional and did the the slick install, but everyone else seemed helpful. My experience with Rent-A-Center was extremely frustrating & horrible The staff was unhelpful and did not properly explain the payment terms or policies. I felt misled about the total cost and the communication once delivery was due the same day was aggressive and overwhelming store manager Cass Martinez told me I was not verified wich was was incorrect & asked for Additional cash payment that was unverified threw the company Instead of working with customers, they make the process stressful. I Went to get a stackable washer and dryer THE washer DOESN'T DRAIN THE WATER AND IT DOESN'T SPIN EITHER I WAS TOLD TODAY FEBRUARY 20,2026 THAT REPAIR WOULD BE DONE TODAY ONLY TO BE LIED TO BY DAHLIA JIMENEZ. SHE SAID MAYBE TOMORROW!!!

Very horrible experience. I walked in and no one was on the floor. A black girl comes from the back and asked what you need, I said I’m looking for a couch she asked did I apply online I stated no. Kept asking me for my information multiple times than says I’m not focused on this I focused on my food in the back. I’m like ok than tells me oh your denied you gone receive a email. Very rude act as if she didn’t wanna be there. Horrible customer service no help at all. Just rushed me out the door.

If you can go elsewhere, I suggest you do so. They will harass you even after you’ve made an arrangement. I got tired of back to back calls and just bought furniture straight out. I scheduled them to just pick up the furniture. Today they came to my door banging and disturbing my neighbors. After Id already told them I was out of town and to pick up next week. The neighbors called the leasing office to file a noise complaint because they were making such a fuss. They even left a pile of these papers in front of my door. The... read more
