Been dealing with this store for months, have paid a device off and got a couple other devices from them, started a new job which I had to fork out about $1500 to start which put me in a bit of a bind until I get paid, so I asked Ms. Gale if it would be possible to push the payment back just 2 weeks and she said no.
100% excellent customer service The store manager and staff members 100% professional polite,helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the best rental facility I have ever encountered EVER!!!. If you get into a financial bind NEVER WORRY. As long as YOU COMMUNICATE, the staff members will go ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU. I will be a Rent-A-Center customer FOR LIFE. YAY!!!! WAY TO GO. This is my favorite rent a center in town!! Hands down got the greatest freaking staff on board! And they aren’t pushy sales people either, they are there to help you get what you need. Love these guys. I see someone below was upset about how RAC collects their items back. Well you should have payed your bill buddy. The delivery was an hour late and the driver blocked my husband in so i had to wait 2 hours after I got off work to get picked up. When I called the store about it they called my husband and liar and then harassed me for 2 weeks about my delivery for damages they caused after I asked for a discounted rate I'm not getting.
I have paid over 1600 for a used refrigerator and stove and if I continue to make all of the monthly payments, I will pay over $4000 for these 2 necessary appliances! If only I wasn't so desperate to be able to feed my 5 grandchildren with me here, I would have never made such an extremely expensive mistake of choosing RAC!!!
