They have what you need and want but it is 4 times higher in price than if you bought it out right from a store. However, their weekly payment schedule allows you to own it eventually.
Customer service was great..but the delivery team/customer svc. never told me that my ice maker had to be connected by someone else. Not only that but they damaged my vent to my dryer on the outside wall in the back of my house. And they didn't even tell me. My husband was watching them on camera from work. 🤷🏿♂️
This is the worst place. The manager is mean and talks to you really bad. You can have a 0$ balance at the start of a rental he will say RAC does nothing without payment, they do. If you are late he will harass you no leverage at all. Very bad store very bad business.
I cancelled my order with customer service after the store refused to deliver my online purchase and I’m still being charged for merchandise I didn’t receive!…. Two weeks later!. The rent-a-center in Union City is the worst. Kim the store manager is TERRIBLE. After I complained about him not delivering my units, this man had the audacity to tell me “Do I want them or not.” Terrible service, rude, and unprofessional!… to say the least. District manager was supposed to call me back, of course they didn’t do that either!
I took a friend of mine here to look at renting a portable stereo. One that's Bluetooth so he could use for his grand kids special day. As we entered the establishment we were greeted with hellos 👋 👋 thank you for coming in. When the sales person came up to us I introduced her to my friend and told him to tell her exactly what he is looking for.
