Was told my furniture would be delivered on a Monday finally got it on Wednesday because they never went and picked it up from the other store. When they finally do bring it they rip the arm and put a big hole in it. Manager said they would get someone to come out and repair it 2 weeks later still no one has called or come out. They hound you on payment the morning it's due and the employees hang up on you and don't answer the phone when you call. I have had(and paid off) many accounts with them over the years. Today, I called to resolve a longstanding issue with an item I purchased from the store. A staff member named Ethan hung up on my after telling me that he "didn't have to help me because I am not a customer anymore". Trying to get a manager or anyone who is capable of assisting you is nearly impossible. This store should be closed. I will NEVER work with these people again.

I just got to say Rebecca Dennis has been a true blessing to our family! We’ve been going thru rent a center for 6.5 years and from the start Rebecca has always helped us get exactly what we were looking for even if it meant traveling to another store or special ordering! Her loyalty to her customers is what keeps us coming back time after time! Ethan is a rude employee. Tried making a payment because their system was down AGAIN so my automatic pay didn't come out, and ethan told me to shut my mouth and hung up on me. My husband has been a customer for 3 years and to be treated this way is insane. Will NOT be a customer to rent a center no longer. Rude employees will lose good customers everytime. Disappointed with the disrespect from ethan.
