Great place, Randy was a big help getting us what we needed and provided a good deal. Just had it delivered and the delivery guys went above and beyond getting it up the stairs and around the corner. Excellent work, highly recommend.
The people are great. They make you feel part of the rent a center family. Most important they work with you. I highly recommend them. I have purchased 3 items from them. Couldn’t be happier!!!
This store has gone above and beyond in customer service and ensuring my satisfaction with my products along my path to ownership. Vilmarie and Jerrica are my go to people and they have always been extremely helpful. Michael the store manager is a great guy who always has your best interest at mind. Thank you to this team for everything they’ve done and continue to do for me.
Will never recommend rent a center to anyone. These people get your hopes up just to then give a condescending attitude when they are questioned because of misinformation that a sales representative at their store gave you. They don’t communicate with other coworkers to let them know what’s going on they just want the say and call it a day. Was treated very unfairly by the assistant manager and the manager.
