I ordered furniture a month and a half ago, they received all of the parts to the bedroom set, besides the headboard… that was 3 weeks ago! I’ve called numerous times asking when the headboard would be there, they are extremely unprofessional and rude. They will not tell me when the headboard will be in the store, they refuse to call Ashley home store to figure it out. I will never purchase anything from this place ever again. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and happy to share a smile. I've rented from here in the past and have never had any issues. Delivery speed and overall service is on point.
My stove broke and have not got it fixed yet but other than that great service love the people nice people great to work with
They were very nice. They were very helpful and they could get you your stuff really fast
