Zero stars Complete scam operation, they promise one thing then make you sign something completely different. We are never using them again, I am actively boycotting and pursuing legal actions as I’m writing this. Unbelievable…
We purchased a very expensive tv from them and in total spent close to $2,000 for it. While we were making payments on it we had a really good experience. Especially want to recognize Megan who usually answered when I called to pay and she was the absolute sweetest and most amazing representative for them. If I could I’d give this zero stars, for the sake of being able to leave a review I’ll give it one though. Literally do not ever go to rent-a-center…ever…I know this should be obvious, but in desperation when we moved in we went there because we needed a couch. I was told that if I paid for the insurance on the couch that I could literally call them at any time for a replacement at no cost.
