I have rented merchandise from several Rent-A-Centers, but my experience with this one in particular has caused me to make the decision to never patronize their company again. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Rent-A-Center. When their employees came to remove a refrigerator from my home, they caused significant damage to one of my walls. As I said before I'm not happy with this unit because the guy who sold me the TV wouldn't let me take it out of the store to take it home he said he had to deliver it he did not offer me the $10 for the first week or the zero pay for the first week and he ignored me because he was on the phone taking a personal call while he was supposedly selling me the TV
Great customer service quick and convenient!
Never again stayed home 2 days waiting on delivery only to be told on the 2nd day when I called that they are done doing deliveries for today. Stated they will come tomorrow but can’t give me a time. This is not business at all.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with these folks!!!! They are the most shady business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In Jan of 2024 we bought a front loading washer and dryer. By June of 2024 we had 3 service calls due to the washer leaking. After multiple complaints they agreed to switch them out for a top loader.
