This place is a dump. I financed a bedroom set, and they delivered it broken. After months of calling to have them look for the damaged items, they finally located them. It took them over eight months to deliver the rest, and even then, it was incomplete. After I had finished paying for everything, they now claim they aren't responsible and can't do anything. I decided to take the best course of action, went to court, and sued them for breach of contract.
The employees at the downtown Rant-A-Crnter they're so compassionate, caring kind and most of all focus on meeting their customers where where they are. What the focus on sales as any business would be the employees within this store go over and beyond to ensure their customers leave with what they came for and a smile on their face. Sonia has amazing customer service skills and was extremely helpful in providing rental furniture with very short notice. I was very impressed with her and Randy’s communication and professionalism. I highly recommend her and Randy for any future furniture rentals!

Only reason we decided to get a new living room set was because they had a 50% entire set so we picked a set signed the agreement and paid almost 2 weeks later the set is stuck on a broken down truck and all the sets they are offering now are almost double the money because we can't get the 50% off no more. This was there fault not ours so they should be honoring the 50% deal with the original agreement now we have a empty living room, calling corporate but they will probably be no help
