First I would recommend the location in st.charels. Mary the manager is extremely kind and caring and has such a great team working. Kevin one of the team members is also extremely kind and caring. It's nice to have got my first washer and dryer with people like them.
Everyone but the manager James is easy to work with. When I asked James for his supervisors name and contact info he refused to give it to me. We have used this rent a center for years even before "James" was even an employee there! So tell me why since he has been manager we get a call Every Saturday early in the morning. I work nights. Or payments are due on Saturday by midnight. That's what we were told when we made our purchase. So why call about it if we are not and have never been late? James Taylor was a terrible manager. I came to have something put in my name and he proceeded to put it on my husband name. Then came to my address trying to call the cops because my husband doesn’t currently leave at my apartment. Why did you put it in his name when I spent 20 minutes writing down my application and location only for you to ignore it, THEN accuse me of stealing? When I ask that question he didn’t even have an answer for me. Big waste of time.
Been doing business with this specific store for over 10 yrs. They have become so desperate that if the payment is 5-7 days late, you’ve communicated with the store, and are typically on time??? They show up at your house with a truck threatening to take your stuff. A fridge in this case. They didn’t care. It’s wild. They are desperate and it shows. It’s sad. Anyways…….
