My husband and I went in about a week ago and bought a washer dryer set. Was supposed to be delivered the following Monday. They were unable to deliver the set because there was an issue with the set. Found another set in Moore. They said they would go and get it and deliver them the next day. They showed up with the set but the washer was smaller and had an agitator in it. I did not want the smaller washer. Paying 60 bucks every two weeks for a bed that cost less to make than a McDonald’s meal is ROBBERY. Thought it would be at least half way decent but fell apart while sleeping and now I’m laying here pissed off.

I rarely leave reviews, but this situation crossed the line. I paid Rent 1st for nearly 2 years on used furniture that I was promised would be replaced with a new couch set. They failed to deliver — not once, but five times. Every time I asked for answers, I got excuses and attitude from rotating managers who acted like I was the problem.
