Very nice staff. Very understanding when it comes to payments. Bought a good bit off of them. Especially the desk for my gameroom. Be goin back for more in next few months
Rude. Took my paid off dishwasher to fix in November. Delivered it today (while no one was home) still broken, full of mold and smelling like vomit. They broke the wheel on it. Then had a fit and destroyed my lawn ornaments in front of my neighbor because I called corporate on him. This new manager is foul mouthed and verbally abusive to woman. Christina was amazing. I’ve been loyal for 5 years. Won’t get a dime from me. I hope he has the day he deserves
Great customer service. They really rescued us in a pinch, our freezer stopped working and we needed a temporary replacement immediately. They had us in & out quickly and even squeezed us in on their very busy delivery schedule. An employee gave up some of his lunch break just so he could follow us home with our refrigerator. We were able to save all of our food because he cared and made that sacrifice. We are so grateful for the two men who helped us that day
My Family has dealt with Rent A Center in Aliquippa since before i was born an that's 29+yrs now an i been dealing with them for awhile myself now an they are absolutely amazing. Leeann is my absolute favorite i love her, she is always so understanding, soo nice, she is so helpful and if someone messes something up she fixes it immediately.
The worst experience I’ve ever had buying any product in my life. If you are even a day late on a payment, they will call and threaten you. I am currently up to date on my payments and I just received a call from my sister saying they came to take the product from her and that she needed to let them in her house. I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this in my life. Do not give these people your money. They will threaten you and your family with physical violence.
