Customer service inside this store was not very friendly. Was basically rushed out of the store at 4:30 on a Saturday.
Great people great stuff been getting stuff for years now and am never disappointed and always on time with the deliveries.
Terrible. We rented a computer from them. Was supposed to be new but found out it was used and had problems. Always had calls when a payment was coming up to be due. Employee once contacted us through social media to ask for payment. Put a complaint in with manager to NOT call us or ever contact with via social media ever again. Completely inappropriate. Only use Aaron's now if we need to rent to own.
Always kind and helpful. I have got stuff from here for years and absolutely love how understand they can be when you can pay on time.
Our washer we purchased as they were bringing it in had a lot of wires hanging from the bottom . Both the guys said nothing is wrong after I pointed out the problem after the first time using it it snapped and all my clothes sat in water until they could make it out . They brought me another washer this one smells like cat pee horribly . They say they clean their merchandise but not very well . One day miss payment they harass you non stop would not recommend .
