very unprofessional we will never rent from them again. their employee decided to discuss our account with my minor child after they didn't show up when they said they would. they said they would be there at 5:30 instead one employee showed up in their personal vehicle at 7:30 at night that was 1.5 hrs after the store was closed and discussed our account with our child.
Customer service inside this store was not very friendly. Was basically rushed out of the store at 4:30 on a Saturday.
The staff at the Dubois store is friendly, helpful and takes time to explain everything. Overall an amazing experience.
Great people great stuff been getting stuff for years now and am never disappointed and always on time with the deliveries.
Terrible. We rented a computer from them. Was supposed to be new but found out it was used and had problems. Always had calls when a payment was coming up to be due. Employee once contacted us through social media to ask for payment. Put a complaint in with manager to NOT call us or ever contact with via social media ever again. Completely inappropriate. Only use Aaron's now if we need to rent to own.
