Worst place ever manager is rude wants to threaten you that they will come to your house after 7 days of non payment they harass you and watch out they don’t verify id on debit cards I know because they have used my debit card on some one else’s account because they didn’t verify who’s name was on the card
I had two gentleman named Nicholas and Ezekiel come and deliver a couch today. I missed them when they arrived and all it took was one call and they showed right back up with great attitudes and wonderful customer service. They got the couches in and set them up in little to no time. They were very friendly and very polite when it came to my requests. Big props to them. 10/10 would recommend going through them if you ever need appliances brought to your home.
This will be the LAST contract with RAC. The customer service rep didn't go over my contract with me when it started and I had added fees on my account. When I asked the manager what they were he basically blamed me for not asking what they were. Um, excuse me! Where is it my place to tell your rep how to do their job? I would have asked about the charge had I known I was being charged. The rudeness... unbelievable.
Ive been a customer for many years everything ive ever bought ive kept an payed off bedroom set washer an dryer mac book an more I'm forgetting. Sad to say I will never purchase anything from here again an will be returning my recently purchased fridge due to the most unprofessional employees currently working at this location. From walking in the store the sales woman was very helpful… answered all our questions… and the delivery was perfect they called they were on time very friendly.. answered and of my questions also.. Nicholas and Gavin were very respectful fast great gentleman…
