I actually am a gold customer ! I've paid off 7 contracts . Only downside was, I thought it was actually helping my credit. Until I applied for a loan. I was sadly mistaking ,I found out ,that only if the item was repossessed. It shows on your credit history ! You don't get credit for completing the agreements .And I feel that's not a benefit at all. However ,I really had a great experience @ The Liberty Street location !
This place has been nothing but friendly and professional. Sumary, is very prompt and helpful anytime you need something. I've been a customer for over 15 years. I received a call over the weekend regarding a deal they have going on now. Althought i have not rented in quite some time i am definitely considering going back.
Management is sucks at this places, I have try 2 times and cancel both time, Siomara those whatever she thinks with the customers, is not the way you want or whenever you want! You should get fired! So, someone could fixed all the mess you had at this store!! Never Again!!!
Went to the store to try and get a computer a few days ago. Of course they were having problems with their computer systems and couldn't help me. I was told I would receive a call back when everything was back running... Noone ever called me back
The service was fast and amazing, everyone is polite and I am very satisfied with my products, I'm someone who is short on patience, so I don't mind paying alittle extra
