I don’t appreciate being forced to pay for insurance I never wanted and don’t need. My payments have always been on time with no issues, and even corporate confirmed that this insurance is not required. Yet, this store still makes me pay for it. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN WITH RENT A CENTER ON LINCOLN AVE IN ANAHEIM FOR FIVE YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED ONCE, WE BOUGHT OUR WASHING MACHINE COUCHES AND 75 INCH TV THERE AND WITH NO CREDIT WHO ELSE WILL WORK WITH YOU THAT WAY.
Very unhappy with our experience. Upon delivery of the appliances, there was a gash put in our security screen door and after a year it still hasn’t been fixed. Very limited contact and running around in circles with the employees regarding getting the door fixed. If you’re thinking of renting from them, save yourself the trouble and don’t do it.
I love how it's super fast and easy and your order is the #1 priority. I especially enjoy the fact that you can talk with them through text, phone , or in person.
