I got behind on a payment and they literally blow up your phone multiple times a day from various phone numbers & came to my house. Then man was trying to open my front door. My teenage daughter and small children were the only ones home but I saw on the camera. Unbelievable! I will never use them again in my life.

Terrible customer service. I had set up to have furniture delivered, and was supposed to come in for paperwork. I called that evening asking if I could come in for paperwork in the morning and if everything would still be fine, they said yes. As I'm filling it out, I confirm my scheduled time to have it delivered, apparently because they didn't see cash they gave someone else my reserved slot after telling me everything would be fine if I came in the following morning instead.
